Access control systems
Decide who enters, where, and when—from a door to entire buildings.

Secure access restriction and automatic timekeeping, no lost keys and no manually filled-in registers. From encrypted proximity cards to biometric terminals with facial recognition, integrated with HR software. You decide who comes in, where and when — and the system keeps track automatically.
What we include
- Access control via cards, tags, PIN code or biometrics
- Intercom and video intercom for apartment building stairs, villas and offices
- Automatic barriers and gates
- Integration with video surveillance and timekeeping
- Access cards and tags (fast replenishment)
Frequently asked questions
What happens to doors secured by access control if the fire alarm is triggered?
The doors on the escape routes automatically unlock upon fire alarm, in accordance with safety regulations, to allow free evacuation. We integrate access control with the fire panel precisely for this scenario. The security of assets should never endanger people's lives.
How does the access control system integrate with timekeeping and human resources software?
Each validated pass is recorded with user, door, date and time, and this data is exported or synchronized with the timekeeping or HR application. This way you automatically get hours worked, delays and attendance, without manual timekeeping. We configure the integration according to your existing system.
Can the access cards or tags you issue be easily cloned by unauthorized persons?
We use modern encrypted technologies (such as MIFARE DESFire), much harder to clone than old unprotected proximity cards. In addition, a lost card is instantly deactivated from the system, without changing the keys. For sensitive areas we recommend double authentication (card plus code or biometrics).
Do biometric terminals with facial recognition work if the lighting changes or if the employee is wearing glasses?
Yes. Modern terminals use infrared sensors and algorithms that work regardless of ambient light and recognize the person with glasses, beard or minor changes in appearance. At enrollment we capture the data correctly for maximum accuracy. In case of a point failure, there is an alternative method (card or code).
What happens if the system loses connection to the central server? Do the doors remain locked?
No. Door controllers keep the list of rights locally and continue to work offline, validating access and storing events. When the connection returns, the data is automatically synchronized with the server. This way, a network problem does not block employee access or stop timekeeping.
