Frequently asked questions
Do we lose emails during migration?
No. The migration copies the complete history, and the transition to the new system is done at a set time, usually in the evening. The old system remains active until we confirm that everything is fine.
What Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
It depends on what each employee uses: just email, or Office installed, or advanced security. We combine plans so you don't pay for unused licenses.
Does Microsoft 365 have backup?
Microsoft keeps the data, but it's not a backup in the sense of your business: a deletion or ransomware can get there too. We recommend and configure separate backup for Microsoft 365.
Do you also handle licenses?
Yes, we manage licenses and adjust them monthly, when employees come or go.
