Cybersecurity for companies and technical infrastructures
Ransomware doesn't just block accounting. It also blocks cameras, door access, and fire alarm systems, if they're on the same network. We secure them all as one system. ISO/IEC 27001.

attacks they don't stop at laptops. Cameras, access control, building systems, cloud accounts, and vendors can become the same entry points if they are not managed together.
GreenSoft assesses IT risks and, where relevant, the connection between the digital infrastructure and the building's technical systems. Services can include inventory, segmentation, access control, endpoint protection, backup, logging, updates and response procedures.
What we implement is seen in configurations, logs and procedures, not in presentations. If you are an essential service operator or provider, NIS2 requires documented measures and reporting of incidents within strict deadlines; we start with the placement assessment.
What does the service include?
- NIS2 Assessment and Compliance Plan
- Security audit: inventory of assets and accounts
- Backup, continuity and ransomware protection
- Policies and procedures, incident response
- Staff training
- GDPR compliance and Outsourced DPO
- Industrial & OT Cybersecurity: IT/OT segmentation, industrial firewall, secure remote access, PLC/SCADA/BMS protection
Why GreenSoft
GreenSoft combines cybersecurity with IT, network and physical systems management. This perspective is important in hotels, industry and connected buildings, where risk frequently crosses the boundary between IT and OT.
How the project is progressing
- Asset, risk and requirement assessment
- Prioritizing measures by impact and effort
- Implementation of technical and procedural controls
- Continuous testing, monitoring and improvement
For which types of sites
- SMES
- essential service operators
- hotels
- industry
- public institutions and organizations with critical data, systems or processes
Tell us what systems you have and what concerns you have. You will receive an initial assessment with risks ranked by impact and a quote within 3-5 business days.
Useful resources
- Ransomware and the building's technical infrastructure
- The 3-2-1 Backup Rule for Small Businesses
- Outsourced IT services vs. internal employee
Frequently asked questions
Are you ISO 27001 certified?
Yes. Our information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and audited annually; we apply to our clients the same practices we use internally. The certificate is on the page Certifications.
Do you also do implementation, not just consulting?
Yes. We implement the measures in the report (segmentation, backup, two-step authentication, monitoring) with the network and IT team. You are not left with a document and a list of providers to search for.
Do you also cover building security systems?
Yes. Cameras, access control, BMS and automations are subject to the same audit and measures, because they are often on the same network as offices. See also Industrial & OT Cybersecurity.
Does an audit guarantee that the organization is secure?
No. The audit identifies exposures and priorities. Risk is reduced through implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Shall we discuss your project?
