Educational institutions face three pressures at once: child safety, ISU requirements for buildings with crowds of people, and GDPR rules for minors. GreenSoft solves all three with the same team: video surveillance with correct information and retention, controlled access to entrances, fire detection and alarm with ISU approval, emergency lighting, network and Wi-Fi for classrooms. For public schools we deliver via SEAP, and for kindergartens and private schools we work during holidays, so as not to disturb.

Frequently asked questions
Can I film in classrooms?
Classroom surveillance is only possible with serious justification and impact assessment; we usually recommend entrances, hallways and courtyards. We document everything according to GDPR and inform parents.
Does a public school have to have a DPO?
Yes, state educational institutions are public authorities and are required to appoint a data protection officer. We offer outsourced DPOs, including through SEAP.
What does ISU require for a kindergarten?
It depends on the capacity and the building, but generally fire detection and alarm, emergency lighting, marked escape routes, fire extinguishers and fire safety scenario. We check what applies and prepare the file.
Do you work during the school year?
We prefer holidays for major works; interventions and maintenance are also done during the year, outside of hours or in areas without children.
How do we purchase as a public school?
Through SEAP, as a direct acquisition or procedure, with complete documentation from us: technical sheets, ANRE, IGPR, IGSU authorizations and ISO certificates.
