The fire safety scenario is the document that links the installations to the actual behavior of the building. Without it, there is no ISU approval or authorization.
Many buildings have good fire installations, but documentation that does not describe them. During inspection or authorization, the lack of a fire safety scenario updated blocks everything, no matter how well the central works.

When is a fire safety scenario mandatory?
When obtaining a fire safety permit and permit, when changing the purpose or expanding the building, and generally whenever the installations or partitioning are modified. It is part of the building documentation and must be kept up to date.
Who can write the script?
Personnel with training in the field, usually from the team that designs the facilities or an evaluator. At GreenSoft it is prepared by our IGSU authorized specialists, together with the facility designers.
How long does it take?
For a typical building with complete documentation, a few weeks; we will give you the exact deadline after we see the plans. The deadline increases if the plans are missing or if the installations need to be brought into compliance first.
