A single integrator for the entire building
In a modern building, installations are no longer separate systems. Fire detection controls smoke extraction and unlocks access control. The burglary system shares wiring with video surveillance. Air conditioning depends on the electrical panel, and all require backup power and periodic maintenance. When each system comes from a different company, the interfaces between them remain in the air — and that's where the breakdowns that no one takes responsibility for occur.
GreenSoft covers ten technical areas with the same team and under the same contract. We design, execute, commission and maintain. When something goes wrong, you don't have to determine whose fault it is.
Who we serve
We have been working in Constanța since 2004, and most of our activity is concentrated here and in the rest of Dobrogea. We maintain installations in shopping centers, seaside hotels, industrial units, public institutions, medical facilities, residential complexes and office buildings — each with different requirements and risks.
Most maintenance contracts are for fire detection and alarm, extinguishing, video surveillance, air conditioning and burglary systems, followed by PRAM checks, thermal imaging and smoke extraction. A commercial space in a mall, a production hall and a medical home require distinct approaches, even if the technology behind them overlaps.
Where we work
Our base is in Constanta, and the teams arrive regularly in Mamaia, Mangalia, Medgidia, Cernavoda and in the localities in the county. Proximity matters more than it seems: in the event of a fire alarm or an air conditioning failure in a commercial space, the difference between a company in the city and one coming from another county is measured in hours of interruption of activity.
We also take on work outside of Dobrogea, especially execution projects and contracts for clients with multiple work points.
Authorizations that matter
For installations that play a role in fire safety and physical security, authorization is not optional — without it, the work cannot be accepted and cannot form the basis for the building's ISU authorization.
- IGSU — fire detection, signalling and alarm; limitation and extinguishing; smoke and hot gas evacuation
- IGPR — design, installation and maintenance of burglar alarm systems
- ANRE, type B — low voltage electrical installations, up to 0.4 kV
- ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 — quality, environment, information security, occupational health and safety, IT service management
All are in force and can be presented upon request, before signing the contract.
How a collaboration works
We start with an on-site assessment: what systems exist, what condition they are in, what the legislation requires for the building's purpose, and what the real operating risks are. Only then do we propose a solution and a budget.
Next comes the design, execution, testing and commissioning, with the related documentation — minutes, construction book, user training. For buildings already in operation, we can only take over the maintenance or only the compliance of existing installations.
After reception, we remain with a maintenance contract, with scheduled periodic checks and intervention upon request.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also take over buildings where the installations were done by someone else?
Yes. We evaluate what exists, report non-conformities and propose what needs to be corrected. We do not condition maintenance on the complete restoration of the installation, but we do not assume systems that we cannot verify or that do not comply with legal requirements.
Do you only work in Constanta?
Most of the activity is in Constanța and the county — Mamaia, Mangalia, Medgidia, Cernavodă. We also take on work outside Dobrogea, especially execution projects and contracts for clients with multiple locations.
Can I take just one service, not the whole package?
Yes. Each domain can be contracted separately. The advantage of integration occurs when systems are linked together, but it is not a condition.
What matters when choosing an integrator?
Valid authorizations for the type of work, the ability to cover the interfaces between systems, the documentation handed over at reception and the availability for long-term maintenance. The lowest price at execution becomes irrelevant if the installation cannot be received or maintained.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
It depends on the complexity. For clear works, within a few working days from the evaluation. For projects that involve surveys, calculations or coordination with other designers, we set the deadline at the first discussion.
