Industrial automation, SCADA and IoT for industrial buildings, ports and utilities in Constanta
Your process seen on a single screen: sensors, programmable logic controllers, SCADA and alarms that reach the right person before the line stops.

A line that stops without anyone knowing why, a compressor that runs non-stop because no one sees it, a tank read once a day at a glance: these are costs that don't appear on any invoice, but are paid monthly.
GreenSoft designs and executes industrial automation: programmable logic controllers (PLC), automation panels, sensors and actuators, plus the supervision layer. With decrease, the operator sees the process in real time, receives alarms and has history for each parameter. With IoT, isolated equipment (pumps, tanks, meters, machines from different sites) send data to the same platform, via network, LoRaWAN or 4G.
We work on new installations and upgrades of existing equipment, in production facilities, port terminals, pumping stations, greenhouses and technical buildings. The electrical, network and cybersecurity part of the system come from the same team.
What does the service include?
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), HMI and automation panels
- SCADA: real-time visualization, alarms, history and reports
- IoT monitoring: sensors, gateways, LoRaWAN transmission, 4G or network
- Integration with the facility's electrical, HVAC, fire and security installations
- Segmentation and security of the automation network, documentation and training
Why GreenSoft
Automation depends on the electrical panel, the network and cybersecurity, that is, on the things we do every day. The result is a whole system, not an island: the PLC is properly powered, SCADA on a separate office network, and alarms go to the work phone, not to a log that no one reads.
How the project is progressing
- Site visit: process, equipment, what needs to be measured and ordered
- Project: architecture, equipment list, SCADA screens and alarms
- Execution: panels, cabling, PLC programming, SCADA and IoT configuration
- Operator tests, documentation, training and warranty support
For which types of sites
- Production facilities
- terminals and port operators
- pumping stations and utilities
- greenhouses and farms
- cold storage
- technical buildings and institutions

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between SCADA and IoT?
SCADA is the supervision and control system of a process, usually local, with PLCs and a server. IoT means sensors and equipment that send data via the internet or radio networks, suitable for isolated or scattered points. We often use them together: SCADA in the hall, IoT for tanks and pumps in the field.
Can you upgrade an old installation without replacing it?
Yes. We add sensors, a new PLC or a gateway to existing equipment and bring it into SCADA, without stopping production for more than a few planned hours.
How do I receive alarms?
On the SCADA screen, by email, SMS or phone notification, to the designated people, with escalation if no one confirms. The rules are written together with you.
Is the system cyber-secure?
The automation network is separate from the office network, remote access goes through VPN, and accounts and updates follow our ISO/IEC 27001 policies. A SCADA exposed on the internet without protection is the first thing we fix.
What manufacturers do you work with?
With PLCs and components from the main manufacturers on the market, chosen based on the project and what already exists at the facility, so that we don't tie you to a single supplier.
Shall we discuss your project?
