The register at the gate where visitors write illegibly, the "Visitor" badge that gets lost, the supplier who walks around the hall alone: visitor management It maintains order at the entrance and, during an evacuation or inspection, tells you exactly who is in the building.
GreenSoft installs visitor management systems: pre-registration by the host, kiosk or tablet at the reception, printed badges or temporary cards valid only in the areas and within the established time frame, host notification, real-time evacuation list and log kept according to GDPR. The system connects to access control, barriers and intercom.
For shops, shopping centers, clinics and institutions we add counting people (people counting): sensors at entrances or video analysis that count entries and exits, real-time occupancy and flow by hours, zones and days, with reports for sales, staffing schedules and occupancy limits.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to visitor data?
It is kept as long as necessary for the stated purpose (term agreed upon together, according to the purpose), with information upon registration and restricted access to the log. We configure automatic retention and document processing according to GDPR.
How accurate are people counters?
Dedicated sensors mounted above the entrance accurately count groups and carts; video analysis on existing cameras is slightly less accurate, but does not require new equipment.
Can I see the occupancy in real time?
Yes, on a screen at the entrance or in the app, with an alert when the set limit is reached; useful for clinics, event halls, and spaces with limited capacity.
Does it integrate with the parking barrier and intercom?
Yes: the pre-registered visitor receives a code or license plate number valid during the visit, and the barrier and door open only then.
