GreenSoft concludes framework contracts for the delivery of IT and security equipment, for consumables for maintenance and for recurring technical services: checks, revisions, interventions. Prices, delivery and intervention deadlines are fixed in the contract, and orders are placed simply, by e-mail or via SEAP.
For hotel chains, store networks or institutions with multiple locations, the framework contract covers all locations, with the same conditions.

Typically 12 months, with possibility of extension. For public institutions, according to procurement legislation, including multi-year framework agreements.
Do prices remain fixed?
Yes, for the duration of the contract, except in situations expressly provided for (for example, manufacturer price changes above an agreed threshold).
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not impose volume obligations; the framework contract sets the conditions, you order as much as you need.
Can it be concluded through SEAP?
Yes, for public institutions, in the form of a framework agreement or subsequent contracts, as appropriate.
