GreenSoft installs electronic timekeeping systems with card, tag, fingerprint or facial recognition, usually on the same readers as access control: a single device at the entrance opens the door and records attendance. The application calculates hours, shifts, breaks, delays and overtime according to company rules and exports reports to the payroll program.
For companies with multiple work locations, data is collected centrally; for construction sites and mobile teams, timekeeping is done from the phone app, with location tracking.

Frequently asked questions
Is fingerprint timekeeping legal?
Yes, with employee information, a GDPR impact assessment and an alternative (card) for those who do not want to use biometrics. We prepare them together with the system.
Does it integrate with the payroll program?
We export in formats accepted by common payroll programs or in a file that accounting directly imports. We check compatibility before the quote.
Can I use the access readers I already have?
Often yes, if they are compatible with the timekeeping platform; otherwise we only replace the readers at the main entrances.
How do the teams on the construction site score?
From the app on the phone, with location and, optionally, photo; the data arrives in the same report as that at the headquarters.
