Charging stations for electric cars
Prepare your building for electric mobility, with ANRE-authorized design and commissioning.

O EV station must be sized together with the building installation. Available power, protections, simultaneity and mode of use matter more than choosing an isolated equipment.
GreenSoft analyzes the installed power and existing consumption, then designs the necessary power supply, protections and routes. For multi-point parking lots, the solution can include dynamic load management, user identification and consumption reporting, depending on the project requirements.
The installation is followed by testing, configuration and documentation handover. If the current infrastructure does not allow the desired power, phased options are presented so that the investment can increase with the number of vehicles.
What does the service include?
- Analysis of available power and consumption profile
- Choosing the type and power of the station
- Circuit, protection and routing design
- Task management and user access, where necessary
- Installation, testing, configuration and documentation
Why GreenSoft
As an electrical installation company and IT integrator, GreenSoft can coordinate both power and communication, authentication and reporting. The solution is designed for the concrete building, not just the station specification.
How the project is progressing
- Site and existing facility assessment
- Power calculation and load scenario selection
- Circuit execution and station assembly
- Commissioning and administrator training
For what types of goals
- Fleet companies
- hotels
- commercial parking lots
- real estate developers
- homeowners' associations and individual homes
Request an installation analysis before purchasing the EV station, for a solution that is properly sized and ready for expansion.
Frequently asked questions
Why is an electrical installation assessment necessary before installing an EV station?
A charging station adds a large and constant load to the installation. The assessment checks whether the panel, cables and protections can handle this consumption and whether there is power available, to avoid overheating or repeated trips. This way you mount the station safely, not on an overloaded installation.
What is the difference between an AC (alternating current) and a DC (fast charging) charging station?
AC stations (usually 7–22 kW) are ideal for homes or offices where the car is parked for hours, and have a moderate installation cost. DC stations (fast, from 50 kW upwards) charge in tens of minutes and are suitable for public stations or fleets, but require a stronger electrical infrastructure. We recommend the type depending on your usage pattern.
How can I monitor and charge the electricity consumption of employees or customers who charge at the company's stations?
Smart stations identify the user (RFID card or app) and record the energy consumed per session. Through a management platform you can allocate costs per employee, department or client and generate reports or billing. We configure the access and reporting system according to your policy.
Do charging stations mounted outdoors withstand weather and saline environments (specific to Constanta)?
Yes, we use stations with a high degree of protection (IP54–IP65) and corrosion-resistant components. At the seaside, we pay special attention to installation and anti-corrosion protection, so that the salt air does not affect durability. We choose equipment suitable for the actual exposure of the location.
What does Dynamic Load Balancing mean for EV stations?
It is the function through which the stations automatically adjust their charging power according to the consumption of the rest of the building, so that you do not exceed the contracted power. When the building consumes a lot, the stations temporarily reduce; when power is released, they accelerate. This way you can install more stations without increasing your connection.
Is it necessary to increase the approved power?
Not in all cases. The audit determines available consumption, and load management can reduce the need for immediate expansion.
Can multiple stations be installed in stages?
Yes. The infrastructure can be prepared for expansion, with power, communications, and management sized for future phases.
