How do I see on my bill if I am paying reactive energy?

How long does it take to pay off?
It depends on the monthly penalty you pay and the size of the battery; most industrial buildings and hotels measure the term in months, not years. We calculate the exact term on your invoices, before the quote.
Does the capacitor bank need maintenance?
Annual inspection of capacitors, contactors and ventilation; capacitor capacity decreases over time and steps are replaced as needed. We include it in the electrical maintenance contract.
Why did the old battery fail after a year?
