Scheduled checks for air conditioning and ventilation in Constanta
A timely checked air conditioning system does not fail in July. Scheduled inspections cost less than a single emergency intervention during the season.

On the coast, salty air and the busy season put air conditioning systems to the test. Filters clog, exchangers get dirty, consumption increases and, on a hot day, the unit stops.
GreenSoft does scheduled checks on a contract basis: a chart by equipment type, with clear operations for each visit, minutes and report with what was found. We cover split and multisplit units, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, rooftops and ventilation installations.
For hotels, we plan the inspections before the season, so that everything is ready for opening. For offices and industrial buildings, at the transition between seasons.
What does the service include?
- Overhaul chart by equipment type and season
- Functional, electrical and automation checks
- Cleaning filters and exchangers, checking refrigerant
- Temperature, pressure and consumption measurements
- Minutes of each visit and annual report with recommendations
Why GreenSoft
The HVAC system has the electrical part, the automation, and sometimes the connection to the smoke extraction. Our team sees it all, so a GreenSoft inspection also catches problems between systems, not just the dirty filter.

Frequently asked questions
How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
Twice a year for commercial use: before the cooling season and before the heating season. On the coast, where the environment is salty, we also recommend an intermediate check for outdoor units.
What happens if you find a defect during the inspection?
We write it down in the report, tell you how much the fix costs, and, if you agree, we do it on the spot or at a later date. See the interventions page.
Are you also checking the refrigerant?
Yes, we check pressures and tightness and only top up when necessary, with a note in the report.
Does the contract also include emergency interventions?
Maintenance packages include written intervention times; scheduled inspections greatly reduce the need for emergencies.
Shall we discuss your project?
