GreenSoft installs systems Accounting electricity, heat and water by areas, tenants or equipment, with automatic reading (Modbus, M-Bus, LoRaWAN) and a platform energy management which shows consumption in real time, compares it by periods, alerts when it exceeds and generates reports for rebilling or energy audits.
Integrated with the BMS, the platform not only measures, but also acts: it reduces air conditioning in empty areas and turns off what shouldn't be running at night.

Can I rebill tenants based on meters?
Yes, with metrologically certified meters on each space and monthly reports on the platform; division by area and discussions are eliminated.
Does the building need to be stopped during assembly?
The installation of meters in panels is done on circuits, with short interruptions, scheduled outside the program.
What economy does it bring?
Measurement itself does not save, but it shows where it is lost; correlated with the BMS, metering becomes the starting point for real savings on building energy. We estimate for your case.
Can it be read from a distance?
