With BMS, all of this can be seen and controlled from one place.
GreenSoft designs and implements building automation systems on KNX, Loxone or open platforms: air conditioning control after occupancy, lighting on scenarios and sensors, blinds, energy metering by zones, technical alarms (flood, temperature in the server room, open balcony door) and integration with access control and hotel reception.
For hotels, the BMS connects to the reception system: the room is prepared at check-in and goes into economy at check-out. For offices and industrial buildings, it shows consumption by cost center.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a BMS save?
In hotels, controlling air conditioning by occupancy significantly reduces HVAC energy because you are no longer cooling empty rooms. In offices, sensor-based lighting and operating schedules bring similar savings. We estimate based on your building data.
Can BMS be added to an existing building?
Yes, in stages: we start with what brings the most savings (usually air conditioning) and expand. Existing equipment is integrated via Modbus, BACnet or contacts.
KNX or Loxone?
KNX is the open standard, with thousands of manufacturers, suitable for large buildings and long-term. Loxone is faster to implement and cheaper for small and medium-sized buildings. We recommend it according to size and budget.
Is the BMS cyber secure?
We put it on a separate network, with remote access via VPN and personal accounts. A BMS exposed to the internet is the most common reason we have been called to "fix" a smart building.
