Burglar and alarm systems in Constanta
Sensors, sirens and arming/disarming from your phone, with integration into video surveillance. IGPR authorization.
A burglar alarm system It should ring when someone enters and be silent when the cat passes by. And when it rings, it should reach you and the security company's dispatcher at the same time, even if the thief has cut off the internet.
GreenSoft designs alarm systems for perimeter, rooms, access routes and specific risk areas. The detector type, zoning and arming logic are chosen according to the working environment, schedule, animals, temperature and operational flows.
The system can be integrated with CCTV, access control, lighting or communications. The client receives training for users and administrators, as well as the option of a periodic maintenance program.

Frequently asked questions
Can I monitor and arm/disarm the alarm system directly from an app on my phone?
Yes. Through the app you can arm and disarm from anywhere, see the system status, receive instant notifications of events and consult the history. You can grant different rights to family members or employees. Basically, you have complete control in your pocket.
What happens if an intruder cuts the internet connection or the alarm system wires?
The system has backup communication on GSM/4G, so cutting the internet doesn't leave it mute, the alarm goes to the dispatcher and the phone anyway. The control panel has its own battery, and the wired areas are monitored for sabotage. Cutting a wire itself generates an alarm, not silence.
Are wireless alarm systems as secure as wired ones?
Professional wireless systems use two-way encrypted communication and monitoring of each sensor, offering a very high level of security and quick installation, without masonry work. Wired systems remain preferred for new constructions and large facilities. We recommend the right solution for the building and the stage you are in.
Is the equipment installed by GreenSoft compatible with rapid intervention companies in Constanta?
Yes. Our systems connect to the dispatch centers of security and intervention companies, automatically transmitting alarms. You can keep your current security company or we recommend partners in the area. We configure the communication so that the intervention is triggered correctly and quickly.
How can false alarms caused by pets or drafts be minimized?
We use pet-immune and dual sensors, which confirm movement using two technologies before triggering. We position and adjust the detectors to avoid sources of error (radiators, drafts, windows). This way you get real alarms, not pointless nighttime scares.
Can it connect to a dispatch center?
The integration is established together with the monitoring service provider and its technical requirements.
