Do I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. Porting landline numbers to a VoIP operator usually takes a few business days and is done without interruption: the old line works until the switch.
Local or cloud-based central office?
Cloud for small businesses and those with multiple locations; local for hotels and places where telephony needs to work even without internet. We can combine them.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls can be automatically redirected to mobiles, and for critical objectives we keep a backup line. For hotels, internal calls can also go without internet with a local exchange.
Can I answer the company phone from my mobile?
Yes, through the softphone application: same extension, same contact list, calls from home or in the field.
