How long does a laptop repair take?
Display, keyboard or battery replacements are usually done in 1-3 business days, depending on part availability. Motherboard repairs take longer, and we will tell you the timeframe after the diagnosis.
Does the diagnosis cost?
No, the diagnosis is free. You only pay if you accept the repair offer.
Do you repair motherboards or just replace them?
We repair them at the component level (power circuits, sockets, controllers) and rewrite the BIOS, which often avoids replacing the board, which would cost as much as a new laptop.
Will I lose my data?
No, if the storage is functional; before any risky intervention, we make a backup copy, and for defective disks we offer data recovery.
Do you update maps on any GPS?
On most dedicated navigations and compatible car systems; you tell us the model and we confirm it in advance.
