Can you work without closing the store?
Yes. We plan the work at night or after hours, protect the work areas and hand them over clean in the morning. Works that affect the fire system are carried out with compensatory measures agreed with the administration.
How do we reduce false fire alarms?
By choosing the right detectors for each area (kitchens, food courts, warehouses), regular maintenance and checking the causes at each event. We have a dedicated guide on the blog.
Do you also do system relocations during renovations?
Yes, including fire detection, CCTV and evacuation sound, with updated ISU documentation.
How many rooms are needed for a store?
It depends on the surface area, the risk areas (houses, warehouse, entrances) and the requirements of the physical security risk analysis. We design on the space plan, not on a round number.
Does maintenance cover the entire center?
Yes: fire, security, lighting, sound, parking and network, with written intervention times and dispatch in the center's schedule.
