The difference is the integration: lighting, air conditioning, blinds, security, audio and access work together, on a stable standard (KNX), not as isolated gadgets. Press a button Leave and the house turns off the lights, lowers the temperature, arms the alarm and closes the blinds. This level of coordination and reliability defines real premium.
How does the Smart Home system collaborate with the heat pump and photovoltaic panels to reduce costs to zero?
The system prioritizes consumption during hours of photovoltaic production — it turns on the heat pump, boiler or car charging when the sun produces energy — and reduces grid imports. This way you use as much of your own, free energy as possible. In good conditions, the bill can drop dramatically, sometimes close to zero.
How can we integrate security systems (cameras, alarm, intercom) so that they are discreet, yet extremely secure?
We choose equipment with a discreet design, hide the routes and integrate the cameras, alarm and video intercom into the same application as the rest of the house. You receive notifications and images on your phone, arm with a button and see who is calling the gate from anywhere. Security is present, but it does not spoil the aesthetics of the home.
Can we change or create lighting and temperature scenarios ourselves from the application, without the help of a programmer?
Yes. We configure the system so that you can create and adjust common scenarios, schedules and ambiances yourself, simply from the app. For more complex structural changes, we remain at your disposal. The goal is to have full control in your daily life, without depending on anyone.
At what stage of the house construction should we contact GreenSoft for the design of installations and automations?
Ideally, as early as possible — in the design phase or before plastering, when the routes are drawn and the KNX/Loxone infrastructure is planned, without subsequent costs of breaking down walls. The earlier you involve us, the cleaner and cheaper the solution. We can also intervene on existing houses, with adapted solutions.
